Registration Policies

• Pre registration and prepayment are required a minimum of 1 week before each class
• Kent Regional 4C does not provide child care for our classes. Children are not permitted to attend our classes
• There are no refunds for non-attendance.
• Kent Regional 4C may cancel a class due to weather or insufficient registrants. If this happens, registrants will be given a choice of coming to the rescheduled workshop or receiving a refund.
• Certificates are only given upon class completion.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURES:

To find out if a class has been cancelled due to weather, call the Kent Regional 4C office at 616-451-8281 or 800-448-6995 ext 213 for a message. This is the only extension where a message will be.

A cancellation message will be on the machine one hour before the start of class for a Saturday class or 5:00 pm for evening classes. No message will be left if the class is going to be held.
