Vision
- Kent Regional 4C will work in partnership with other organizations to ensure the availability of affordable, accessible, quality child care which is compatible with the needs of the family and to provide information and referral for dependent care
Mission
- Provide leadership, resources, services and education which create, improve and promote quality child care
Values
- Quality child care and education which is available, affordable and accessible and culturally and developmentally appropriate for every child
- Parental responsibility and choice for all families, however they define themselves
- Community partnerships which foster interaction, input and systems working together
- Educating children, families and communities about child care, nutrition and healthy meals
- Advocacy and leadership on behalf of children and the licensing and accreditation of child care providers
