The Board's leadership role as community trustees is one of a long-term qualitative vs. quantitative policy focus. The Board sets the Outcomes for the Agency. The Activities to reach the established Outcomes are developed and implemented through the Agency's teamwork and commitment to quality service.

Board responsibilities are:

• Develop explicit governing policies
• Assure executive performance
• Assure board performance

Board meetings are held the first Thursday of each month beginning at 5:30 pm with adjournment at 7:00 pm.
 

The meetings are held in Suite 107 at the Kent Regional 4C Office: 233 East Fulton, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
